It’s one of those dishes that’s always on my to-do-list, and that is to make it at home. I can’t even remember the last time I did it, so when I saw the beautiful recipe for putas cubanas on the putas cubanas recipe website, I just had to try it. And I am SO glad I did! The key to making putas cubanas is the way you cook them.
For putas cubanas, you can either use fresh tomatoes, fresh green onions, fresh olives, or fresh tomatoes with the green onions. I used diced tomatoes and green onions which really made it a bit more authentic than simply using diced tomatoes and olives.
I was also really excited to discover that the recipe is also suitable for other types of tomatillos, such as regular tomatillos, Roma.

This new look and feel reminds me of chicken and rice, but with a little more flare.
The game is being made by Spanish developer Frogwares. Theyve also done a couple of other games with the same style of cuban, but the first one is the one I’m most excited about.
